We’ve had an uptick in the number of customers reaching out to us with questions about their AEP statement and whether they’re being properly credited for their solar. In some cases, we’ve even uncovered some pretty glaring errors where folks were being misbilled by AEP. 

With this in mind, we’ve developed an analytics tool that lets folks quickly and easily evaluate their AEP statement and check it for errors. 

Please note: This tool is currently only available to our West Virginia AEP residential customers with 1:1 net metering.

Utility statements are not designed to be easy to read or understand, and they get even more complex once you add solar into the mix. It’s understandable when folks are either unaware of an error, or just too confused by all the acronyms and technical jargon to investigate further.
